Can someone throw a quick over for me?

I've been going through revenue.ie and a few leaflets and just want to make sure I have this right.. If anyone could have a quick look I'd really appreciate it.

Up until recently my husband and I earned similar amounts so stayed as separate individuals in terms of tax but I've cut down on my hours and will be working part time from September so trying to budget and want to see am I right

Husbands tax credits will be 3300 + 1650 of mine + 400 rent credit

Husbands SRCOP will be 41800

My tax credits will be 1650

My SRCOP will be 23800 (I will be earning 23400ish + 400 flat rate expenses for my occupation)

I'll be working for two companies, my hours fluctuate on a weekly basis but I estimate I will earn 16k from one company and 7k from a second who I will not be working for every week only occasionally.

To get our net monthly income I have figured out USC due for my husbands job and for both of my own, and taken that away from our gross salarys to get taxable income for both of us, worked out what tax due is, taken tax credits away and got our net income.

I presumed USC on my 2nd income would be at 7%

Am I right? Thanks in advance
