Hi All. I'm looking to invest in a new trolley over the next day or 2 and was wondering if anyone has a Motocaddy with a lithium battery and their experiences with same?

I've heard that the lithium batteries are great but that's been from a few sales guys as apposed to people who bought one. The reason i'm thinking of going with Motocaddy is that Powacaddy have gone through a bit of a rough time in recent years as regards breakdowns etc. I have a few golfing buddies who have Motocaddys but none with a lithium battery.

    Hi Maclock,

I bought a motocaddy pro trolley last Oct with a 36 hole lithium battery. No trouble with it so far. The battery is very light & charges in approx 2 hours after 18 holes of golf.

Used it on average twice a week in Nov & Dec, not so much in Jan & Feb due to weather but will be gearing up to 3 times a week from now on. Haven't tested it for 36 holes consecutively yet but did try 9 holes on day following 18 holes & worked fine.
