This will be my first gaming PC, and i would be playing Diablo 3 , Dead Island , Skyrim etc.

1. What is your budget? Between €550-€600

2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Gaming , web browsing.

3. Do you need a copy of Windows? Windows 8.

4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? No.

5. Do you need a monitor? No, i already have one.

6. Do you need any of these peripherals? Wireless nic.

7. Are you willing to try overclocking? Not Sure what that is

8. How can you pay? Credit card, Visa and paypal

9. If you need help building it, where are you based ? Mayo, Ieland

My resolution is 1920 x 1080 pixels.

That's fine then. The system above will run most games at or near max settings with good frame rates except for the odd killer like crysis 3 which would be more medium to high settings.

The last gta was pretty cpu intensive. It should be fine. It will handle it alright. At what settings I don't know yet.

You have a lot of upgrade options with this build anyway.

When you're on a budget, you can't expect miracles; that said, the builds here proposed on Building & Upgrading are exactly that when compared to the cost of pre-built Dell/Alienware/HP/ etc retail builds - miracles in cost: performance ratio. Worry about GTAV when it arrives; poorly optimized, lacklusture as it could quite likely be; and enjoy your awesome value for money gaming machine until then.
