    Don't have their number but I've used Kieran McGlinchey in the past and would recommend him if you wanted to call him for a price

    Fintan (from http://www.onemanandhisvan.com) is brilliant, he helped me with my move from Dublin a few years ago, he was very VERY careful with my stuff (he even wrapped blankets around stuff so it wouldn't get scratched), very reliable and very reasonable. If I ever had to move again he'd be the guy I'd call without hesitation, and I'm very fussy. Since then I've given his names to a few people, and everyone has always very happy with him.

    He's based in Westport not Sligo!
