2002 Nissan Almera - Electrics problem (central locking & windows)

    Hi folks.

Hoping someone might be able to advise on an issue I have with my 02 Almera at the moment.

Seemingly out of the blue, the electric windows & central locking have stopped working. The windows (electric in front only) are just 'dead' altogether.

With the central locking, hitting the button on the key does flash the indicators, but the actual automatic locking also seems to be 'dead'. It's happened in such a way that the drivers door is the only door I can open (with the key) as the other doors have the locks stuck in the locked position. Even trying to unlock the doors from the inside there is no response when flipping the lock, they are stuck on.

I have checked every fuse in the car that I can find (under the steering wheel & in the modules in the engine bay) and haven't found one that's blown.

Would anyone perhaps have encountered this issue before? Does it sound like an ECU issue (there are no other issues at the moment other than this)? Am I going to need to get her put on a diagnostics machine?

Appreciate any input on this, thanks!

    D

Bump, anyone have any idea on this? Looks like I'll be taking her to a garage anyway
