Whats the best way to reuse windows as garden sun house

Our house is being renovated and being removed PVC or Alu framed windows /patio doors double glazed

A friend is interested in reusing them to get some to make a sun room at end of garden, nothing fancy, at the end of garden, so not visible from house

What have in garden is relatively level surface enclosed by block walls approx 2.2 meters hi , two of which will form two sides of sun-house

To complete the rectangle , will be using

    some or all of these
3 door units and 1 large window
    window
    2 m high or 3.1

length x height of sliding patio doors

    2910 x 2080 dg sliding patio door 1
    1860 x 2100 2
    1810 x 2120 3

haven't done this before , when the builders remove the 3 doors and window,
can they do this without breaking the glass, twisting the frames

can these be transported in a LWB van

Assuming they can be removed and transported intact
I had in mind foundation for the two sides of rectangle where windows will sit

then make a frame from pressure treated 4x 2 to hold each window/or door unit
attach frame to founds , express nails or heavy duty fixings, used to hold base of frame to founds
insert window into frame, and fix with 6mm x 70mm strong screws

once the four timber frames are joined together, we should have a rectangle, consisting of door /window units and two block walls

    The roof will have a span of approx 3 or 3.5 metres, 4 x 2 treated ,
will have a fall of approx 300m, not a lot, but enough to shed water

one end of the joists sits on the to of wall , or wall plate attached to wall
the other end sits of top of the wooden frame , which the glass doors sit in

The roof just will a simple structure , with plastic clear sheeting, screwed to joists at 300 mm interval with rubber washers

    Floor : paving slabs

This does not need to be a fancy structure, more of an over sized green house with room to have a coffee etc

Am I going about this the right way, will the windows /doors be usable , once removed from existing house ?

    Thanks

    Hey K1
Everything and method sounds spot on to me, a great idea to re use old windows,
Just make sure to tell the builders that you are re fitting the door and window units elsewhere. they will have to knock off reveals to cut the fixing brackets more than likely, also a possibility there are some brackets to the outside reveals.
Its a big window so 4-5 men for lifting and moving and clear of obstacles under foot.
I would form some sort of damp course/ weather bar at the base of units when re fitted,

would love to see the new garden room when done, post a pic if possible.
    Hope this helps
    GL
