Looks good on wide "devices" :)
Since the site its responsive you can work a bit on the "responsiveness" of the site

.....and there's more that you can work on.

sorry but i can't resist it.............
.....those guys in the video on your home page (the awards people or something). Please don't listen to them. They overestimate the developer (of the website). A lot!

I don't mean any of the above in a bad way.
    Best regards

Menus would look better if they were sticky to the top of the page so navigation was easy on a long page.

The green area is hard to read with thin white text. The drop shadow on the tweets looks terrible. Green section needs reformating in general. It's very spaced out but not evenly.

Look into Parallax, I think it would suit the design that you have. Something like this.

The favicon is the wordpress default.

The website looks like a one-page design where the menu will just link to places further down in the text but they link to other pages. I don't have an incentive to click them as I feel I should be getting the information just by scrolling. Could just be me though.

    good luck!

edit: http://www.taskmessenger.com/ which asked for a review in this forum is what I was expecting from your site in terms of navigation and menus.
