Hi just wondering if anyone know what the renewal times are like at the minute? My husband is for renewal on the 5th of September and we have everything sent back. We got a letter on the 20th of August to say they had received it. I'm hoping its not going to be like last year when we were waiting from September until March for a first time claim.

Hi, my husband gets FIS for our family (couple and 3 kids). I also get a jobseekers allowance payment. I want to come off jobseekers as i am now pregnant and will not be available and actively seeking work, so i feel its only right i do this. I was wondering if and when i do stop my jobseekers payment, can my husband get our weekly FIS payment increased accordingly as we would be earning less? Our renewal date is not for 6 months. what would we have to do to get a family income supplement increase?

Try to contact citizen information they will help you. Check online for opening hours they do late evenings as well, not sure about sat. Let us know what they say.
