Need Info On Attic And Internal Wall Insulation

    Hey,
    I need some info regarding roof/attic and internal wall insulation. Basically I am looking for people with suggestions on contractors and materials etc. Also looking for a rough ball park figure if possible.

    Here's the deal. It's a mid terrace house with flat roof kitchen extension. I'm looking to get every outside wall internally insulated so the 2 main (front and back) and the 4 x 3.8 kitchen extension (3 walls)

    I will be getting rid of the attic space for more headroom upstairs and to bring in more light via 2 skylights. This will need to be totally re insulated so looking for the best option here.

    I'm looking for someone who can do the whole lot and is registered with seai and in the Dublin area.
