where to buy sodium alginate?

    Anyone know where a small amount of sodium alginate can be bought?
    Can't find it anywhere. Thanks.

    Fallon and Byrne have a shelf for "molecular gastronomy" type stuff, and I'm pretty sure I saw some of it on that.
