ebay buyer

    I have sold an item on ebay yesterday and I have messaged the buyer about sending the money via PayPal.
    He has replied with sorry i wont be able to pay for the ebay item via PayPal, as a result to some problems with my PayPal account. I will only be able to pay for the item via bank transfer

    What should I do? Could I use western union so he can send on the money.

    I don't want to give my bank details to anyone as I fear they may take the money from my account
