Sorry if this is a noob question but I couldn't find an answer in the links above and just wanted to double check.

I'm building my first pc, and working off a budget build list I found here. scan.co.uk has everything on it except for the motherboard, but they do have a slightly different model.

My question is, will there be any compatibility difference between and Asus M5A97, (the one on scan.co.uk) and the the asus m5a97 LE? (the one on the build list)

The socket for both is AM3+ and the ram capacity, pci slots and number of usb ports seem to be fine for both, and both have crossfireX support. Are there any differences I'm not seeing that might cause compatibility issues with the rest of the build above? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
