single axle or double axle

    Just wondering any one who has a quad which would you go for a double or single axle trailer ??

    single you dont have the power for big loads

    ya reckon...Finding it hard to get a single axle at the right price.
    Friend has a 8x4 double axle at fairly right money.
    Suppose with a bit of work you could convert her to a single axle ?

    i only have 8x4 double axel builders with mesh extensions myself for it as it is multi purpose for me as i cant afford another
    i have but you dont have to fill it to the max every time
    my 300 cc handles no probs
    only thing can be stoping it with load or getting through muckygressy gaps that sheep have poached
