Hi, looking for some advice. I completed the Connemarathon yesterday in 3.37 yesterday. This was my third marathon in the last year. Waterford last June 4.38, Dublin last October 4.07 and Connemara yesterday. I will be hoping to complete Waterford again at the end of June. I'm looking for advice on a recovery plan to lead me into a training plan to break 3.30 or 3.15 possibly. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I'm only running since last January. Thanks.

Nice improvement. Have you considered starting a training log?

Most people find it very beneficial in terms of advice and help in structuring their training.

This was passed onto me last year and I've stored it away for when I get the courage to try multiple-M's within a few weeks of each other.
