    Got this from google today:
    Hi ......,

Someone recently tried to use an application to sign in to your Google Account - ............@gmail.com.

We prevented the sign-in attempt in case this was a hijacker trying to access your account. Please review the details of the sign-in attempt:

    Monday, April 8, 2013 1:58:02 PM UTC
    IP Address: 114.97.76.109
    Location: Hefei, Anhui, China

If you do not recognize this sign-in attempt, someone else might be trying to access your account. You should sign in to your account and reset your password immediately.

This never happened to me before. I changed my password and setup phone verification. Is there anything else to be worried about?

2 step should be enough at this point IMO. I've had similar before, though I have a popular name <initial><surname>@gmail.com so I get other peoples rubbish all the time.

Fair play to google. They're legend for dealing with that kind of nonsense.
