Heifer Ligament Damage

ive a heifer with ligament damage. is there any anti inflammatory drugs or powder that i cab throw in her meal when feeding her. she has this now about 3 months but vet said it could take 6 months to heal at times it looks like its getting better and putting pressure on the leg then other days you will just see her holding…

its the back right leg.
i read somewhere that there is a powder called msm which could be helpfull
if a bit of warmer weather and some grass would come it might help.
