Okay, so if I have a blank computer. Just made, or with a new hard drive etc. and it has no previous version of Windows installed. How can I install windows 7 or 8 onto it for as cheap as possible?

If you're a student you can get windows cheap. If not, it's around 90 euro's for an OEM copy.
