NCT Fail Rear suspension

My car failed it's NCT on drivers window mechanism & Front Springs(coil spring damaged) so I had both items repaired, retest was today and it has failed on Rear Suspension System(55) link condition -worn both sides which needs a retest of the Side-Slip/Alignment.

Now I know things can go wrong on cars between the retest but looking at the original test results Rear Axel -4.0 m/Km (Fail +18 to -18m/Km) the car tested better now Rear Axel -1.0 m/Km

The fail is a Visual defect so I suppose it might have been missed first time round, can anyone advise what kind of money I'm looking at to get this fixed? Getting the window fixed originally cleaned me out!

    Car is a 03 Saab 93 2.2tid

Retest or a complete new test today? I didn't think you could fail a retest on something that passed on the first test?
