Which insurance company is the easiest to deal with

    In case of a claim. Trying to decide which company to go with, any suggestions?

    They've all had good and bad reports. I recommend that you go with someone linked with a service. For example, uFirst (from Ulster Bank) offer a bank account with a €10 add-on (incl. phone insurance) underwritten by Aviva.

    I used Lifeline, from the Carphone Warehouse, and got good attention. I am with uFirst.
    Also, the uFirst offer is far cheaper than online services, by three Euro on average.

    Thanks for the reply. Does it cover usual accidental damage, loss and theft? Also do you know the excess in the unfortunate event of a claim?
