Benefits in London/UK

Hey all. Not sure if anyone can help but would appreciate any advice from anyone who might know.
I'm thinking about moving to London to live and find work there. I had been working in northern Ireland and when that work dried up I was able to get benefits there for last couple of months. Work is scarce there and I'd like to get to London but would need to sign on there for first while until I find work.

Would I be able to transfer this claim easily or apply anew? Do they have any different rules there for benefits/jobseekers allowance?

You will need to talk to the office where you are getting benefit from,or contact the relevant dept in the uk.
