Maybe you could start a new thread dude as this has no relevance to the OT and is a few years old. ;)

    No they don't need programming.

How did you arrive at the diagnosis in the first place?

    What are the symptoms?

Did the van cut out while driving or just fail to start?

How did you know which of the injectors to replace?

You really need to get it onto decent diagnostic equipment to view the rail pressure on cranking...crank/camshaft sync..etc

You could do a leak off test on all 4 injectors which should find a faulty injector...e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XPVZ6CkgKnw
