Assuming it has a built in hard drive you go to the EPG and highlight whatever programme you wish to record and then press the record button on the remote.

That's how it is using Vix 3.0 anyway.

on the subject of recording, could anybody recommend a decent external HDD for the triax tsc114. tks.
