Whats the best way to restore plastic trim in cars thats faded. Like the black trim around the side mirrors and the lower black plastic trim along the sides between the wheel arches. Is there a restorer that I can get that will last for a while. Alternatively can I spray these black again ???

There is a few options, ranging from easy to more advanced.
Heat gun, dye or various chemicals/sprays, even peanut butter :D

How bad is it now? Pics?

Autofinesse Revive; worked a treat for me and easy to apply. Alternatively if you want them pure black Plasticare might work.

Couldn't agree more - great stuff, you only get 15 ml or so but one tiny drop on an applicator pad will do a whole bumper.

I just used some meguiars endurance tyre gel on some bumper plastic. Early days, but looks well.

Yes gtechniq C4 looks like a good option. Alternatively can they be sprayed with black spray. Would it work or is it a bad option. ?

I've used acrylic spray paint on bumpers plastics before and it came up well. Normal spray paints are not suitable as they dry into a hard 'shell' which will crack if the bumper flexes any bit. The acrylic paint forms a more flexible coating.
