    Hi guys, just wondering if any of you could help me with this question. It's from the exam papers and I was out the day we did the proof and lecturer doesn't give us notes nor does he upload anything to blackboard so I'm kind of stuck. If any of you know a site where it shows the proof I'd be really grateful because nobody in the whole class understood what the lecturer was doing and we're just going to learn it off and regurgitate it (It seems to come up most years on the exam) and hopefully go over it in the summer.

    I don't really enjoy statistics at all so I'll probably end up back in the next few days anyways asking more questions on the other topics in it that I have to study!
