do you mean small wind tunnels - maybe for small scale aerodynamic testing or much larger ones that humans can move around in?

I am developing a scale model of a structure to see how the wind will effect it, possibilly around 1m high and the one in the college i go too is too small so i am just looking to see any companies provide this.

If you can't find any, which could be well be the case, you could put it on your car and test it that way. Obviously don't do it on a busy road but I'm sure you could rig up something that would do the job.

sorry I don't know of anything like that. UL have an aeronautical Mech Eng degree though so maybe someone in that department would have a contact for you.
