Update on that Gear box problem
Had the car over with a Gear Box Technician and of course the car worked oerfect etc aghhhhhhhhhhh

Anyway he came to the conclusion that its my Fly Wheel and it needs to be skimmed and this i s whats causing the gear to stay in First gear some times

He also showed me when the car is in Neutral and then you out it into reverse straight away it gives a little jump or crunch as if its not syncrhonising, and early Toyotas were badly designed in reverse a problem with the older Avensis but also an indication of the Fly Wheel

Is that a big job ???
