Horse racing is a mugs game. Don't back anything today. Go to Mass in the morning. Take the dog and or children for a stroll in the park. Cut the grass. Wash the car, Polish and wax it. That'll take a few hours. Take the missus out for a nice Thai, I always go for a green curry myself but the warm beef salds are surprisingly tasty so maybe try that. Don't get a dessert but stop off in in Eddie rockets for a chocolate malt. Or strawberry if you're gay.

Good night and god bless you all.

is it that bad...anyone fancy spirit of adjisa 2.50ascot to run into the places?? 14/1 ew looks tempting...has some ability that hopefully can be produced over fences after a long lay off. Has gone well after few momths off the track before. hopefully he can get back to his 2011 best where he beat some good horses like prima vista & first lieutenant.
    place claims perhaps more?

    4:40 Ascot

Fruity O’Rooney has been running well this year possibly on unsuitable softer ground, and in this Veteran’s race I fancy he’ll be very difficult to catch here. He is down another 2 lbs from his very decent 5th at the festival and this race is much weaker (that said Tullamore Dew is also engaged). I didn’t think he would be 6/1 here and that looks great value.

    2 Points win 6/1 BetVictor & StanJames

Curragh 3.50 Greatest 6/1.Drawn in the car park at Dundalk Murtagh managed to get him onto the rails and cover for the whole trip.He was never at any stage put into the race by Murtagh who owns the stables that Carmody trains out of for Nigel Tinkler[Eddie Stobart].He is unexposed and open to any sort of improvement against exposed rivals.

2 I fancy at prices today are
    Absolutelyfantastic @ limerick 3.05 9-1
Was being prepped for one of the handicap chases at aintree but didn't make it in so be sure that he'll be fresh

Pentific @ 8-1 in ascot handicap 3m chase
Another prep'd for the national but never made the cut.

Both fresh horses running on ground they've been waiting for this season.

My only concern would be the Absolutelyfantastic that he's running over hurdles (as opposed to chasing) for a spin for one of the chases in punchestown later in the month but will to risk on the price an ew bet
