hi all,ive been training intensively for a pb 3.30 in limerick next month..ive done a 5km in 22 mins,10 kms in 44mins,two halfs in 1.36 mins.my last two long runs of 20 miles have been negative splits of 1.25 and 1.17 at slightly quicker marathon pace coming home.ive been shattered after both 20 milers and im wondering am i good enough to get over the line in 3.30...if i stick to even splits during the marathon rather than a negative half and a catch up like my 20 milers would i be in a better position with 10kms to go...feed back would be awesome..thanx:)
