If you had the choice - NAAS or NAVAN?

What's an easier test route to do for the driving test???? I've already failed in Naas ages ago and haven't done the test since, and wondering should I switch to Navan or what?

Having instructed in both (Navan is where I'm based) I'd say Navan.

There are some decent areas in Naas but some of the road markings are, a little patchy (unless they've been redone) and could catch you out. The older estate behind the pub across from the test centre is extremely tight so meeting traffic/clearance to traffic/reaction to hazards and the tight turns are obvious concerns.

In and out of the test centre in Navan can be tricky but in general the areas used are well marked and not as narrow. Like any of the routes in any town there are trickier sections of course.

My advice would be to do what your gut tells you to do. Always trust your instinct.

There is a fair gap between Naas and Navan. Mullingar, Tallaght and Finglas fill that gap. Why not one of those test centre that might be nearer to your home?
