    Just noticed it yesterday. One of the upper floors. Debris chute etc in place.

    I wouldn't be so sure,I'd say he will sit on it for years until the commercial property market has some life again,he's too cute to be developing anything at that scale at the moment.

    What ever it is it will be built badly!;)

    I saw this and heard about the purchase awhile back, I heard that it is going to be student accomadation and the likes, with some kind of entertainment there, surely a quick call to the planning office will let us know more!

    Speaking to a guy today who has been asked to quote for taking down everything including the roadways excluding the office block.
    Pretty drastic to turn it into a brownfield site he must have big plans

    Crazy shortage of commercial property in the City. Not good. Enterprise Ireland need to add some new office space to their technology park as lack of commercial property is hampering investment in Waterford City.
