I had planned to go but the weather was too good to abandon farm work. No report on the limousin website and nothing on their twitter feed. It mustn't have been worth reporting???

I was at the sale. Not a good sale. Average stock apart from a few combined with unrealistic expectations meant only a few sold. Most animals were bid on which meant that buyers were there. The difference now is that lads are spending their own money rather than the banks!

I hope the NW club continue with it as it is a good outlet for sellers with unhaltered stock

What kind of a clearance rate and what prices?

Only 5 sold. Top price 2,500. 7/8 made over 2k but were not sold. About 8 got no bid. To be fair they were average weanlings which at a commercial sale would be pushed to make 700-800 also they were quite wild. Taking them straight from a shed to a sale is not a great idea.

Jaysus Mac that doesn'y sound like a great trade..

I have two PBs out of FL21. One in calf due August.
The other served a month. Two peaches and quieter than our dog!
Bought them off a neighbour after a few scoops, (for too much money) I'm not in the Lim society and wonderin where to show them...
