Hi everyone, I worked on last summer, only for 4 weeks in Dublin, however my employer did not sent me P45 to me. I want to contact revenue for P45. I tried to search revenue contact number for P45, but I can not find phone number. Is there anyone know the contact detail, please? Help me, please.

are you living in Ireland???

If not, you could try +353 1 702 3011 - I got this number from Revenue website for callers outside Ireland.

If your old employer does not give a p45, speak to Revenue about a form p46.
