Certs transferrable to different MS partner companies?

I am doing an MCP exam next two weeks, I'm a contrator and my employer has offered to pay for the exams if I register them with the company on MS. Fine but my contract is up in about 2 months so does this mean I cannot transfer my certs over to another MS partner.?
