    If you are the tennant nothing as landlord should draft. If you are the landlord you should price around it can vary from €1k to €200. The cost of stamping the lease is 1% of 1 years rent. I got this info from our landlord.
    It is your land so draft carefully and agree all terms with tennant before you present it for him/her to sign.
    I cannot explain the stamp only that it is a government charge and is supposed to strengthen the agreement. I am sure someone can enlighten us.
