Italian mayor bans people to die, No Joke!! We need to help him

I saw this on bcc website

One Italian Mayor near Naples bans people from dying because the town gravesite is full and cannot extend because the town have a dispute with the neighbouring town where the town gravesite is presently situated.

It seems according to the report two elderly have disobey his law and died.
So to support the Major in his new quest. We need recommendations to encourage citizens to live. The sort of punishments for old age pensioners, death victims to get get back to life and pay taxes etc.

What punishments would you give to those who do die and break the law on dying? There is no point of punishing the living because someone else broke the law and died! :eek:

Punishment idea time
Sent them to Jail? Fine the dead. I think it best we bring them back to life. Punishing the dead is stupid, so lets bring them back to life and punish them then.

So Mad Scientific resurrection Idea Time!!! :D:eek:

Beat the dead back to life? Like beating a dead donkey back to work!
Pump them full for drugs? which kind?
Electrical implants such as a heart pump, computer put into their brains

Ladies and Gentlemen we need brilliant ideas from the mad scientist in you to help this Major. We need to create new types of zombies for this Major!!

Like everything else in life there is one catch though.
It needs to be cheaper than extending the grave site and that the poor citizens can afford as they too are paying off their debts.

Let do our country proud. Kenny, Bruton and Co. say we are an innovation economy.

They should clearly be sentenced to death. Saving the town a fortune in capital punishment costs.
