    Hi. Do I understand correctly that I cannot discuss mental health issues on this forum?
    I have no intention of giving any medical advice, I am not a health proffesional. I would just like to give my opinion or experience to anybody who wants it. For example when I first started reciving electro convulsive therapy my family found it very difficult to get any reliable information. Hope I can help someone, It also helps me. Take care. Steve
