it was just about ok, the show has potential but its hard to see if it will live up to it,

there was far to much narration, and that little speech of thanking everyone seemed like it would be more appropriate in the last episode of the series instead of the first, i dont mind the parents (which is odd cause i usually dont like when older people act kookie) but the ex husband character really annoyed me,

i must say sarah chalke just seems to get skinnier and skinner every time i see her, in fact i would say eliabeth perkins looked way better than her in the pilot, and she 53, and 16 years older than sarah,

    Thought it was good.
Very hard to judge on one episode (especially with a sitcom), but as sitcom pilots go, can't remember the last time I saw a pilot as strong as this on network tv.
Even with the likes of Community, Happy Endings, Cougar Town which I love, the pilot episodes weren't amazing, so good to see a strong pilot.

I turned off as it has too much touchy feely sentiment about it

Looks the same as Garrett's other cancelled sitcom Till Death
