Broadband availability in Brownsbarn

Hey,

Just wondering what are the best Broadband options for Brownsbarn. I have contacted UPC and they are apparently not in the area. Sky are telling me the best they can offer is 1.5mb (huh???? its 2013 not 2003). Eircom's website says I can get up to 24mb, Sky are using Eircom's lines and have said the up to could be 1.5mb.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Only Brownsbarn I know is in South West Dublin.
Depends on what side of the N7 Dublin-Limerick dual carriageway you are,
one side the area is better known as Citywest
on the other side is better known as Baldonnel.

It's close to Citywest, just off the N7. There's a few variations of the address Kingswood, Citywest, Baldonnell, D22.

Fixed wireless is probably your best bet, some friends were living behind Miele on the other side of the road to browns barn and that was their only real option.
