SKY repair

    Any insights?

Sky has been completely gone for 4 days, no signal can't access recordings, same happened a month ago. I did all possible troubleshooting on their website, checked cables connections, reset box, forced update and so on. Today the box is back to normal working perfect, full signal on both inputs. I have sky coming out tomorrow for a repair, but I doubt he will believe there was ever an issue with it. Could it be the box or the weather - should I cancel repair service with sky?

    Thanks

Tell him to check the dish, could be rust on the bar, if that's fine then try get him to swap out the box

    It could be snow.
