WWE Smackdown Spoilers for 5th April 2013

WWE taped material for this week’s WWE Smackdown Monday night from the Verizon Center in Washington, DC. Below are full results:
WWE Smackdown (Airing on SyFy):

* Ryback b. Primo & Epico in a handicap match.

* Cody Rhodes, Damien Sandow & The Bella Twins came to the ring impersonating Brodus Clay, Tensai & The Funkadactyls. This drew the real team out and a brawl ensued that ended with Brodus, Tensai & The Funkadactyls clearing the ring.

And that's all. The rest of the show will apparently be live from Axxess and will be hype videos and recaps to build towards Mania

They'll probably replay the Cena, Rock, Punk, HHH/HBK/Brock and Taker segments in full, which will take up a fair bit of time.

The SmackDown we'll get will probably be a best of/Road to Mania one while the American's will get the Axxess version

wait were those matches recorded at Axxess? or in an arena? imagine paying to go to a tv taping for 2 matches and then watching the tron for the rest of it!

edit: never mind shoulda read it properly, still though what a crap event for the live crowd, best value in entertainment my ass!

They got a three-hour Raw plus two extra matches recorded for Smackdown - if there was a dark match thrown in, it would have been close to four hours for the live fans on Monday.

Ahhh that makes more sense, I thought it was literally 2 matches and then videos

These matches were recorded before the raw live taping together with Saturday morning slam and main event tapings it really was value for money

Thats crazy I wonder what the full length of the show was; fair play to the crowd for still being quite noisy for RAW.

Watching Edge vs Taker on Smackdown, and there's guys dressed as The Spirit Squad...and now it makes me want a Spirit Squad reunion...
