Hi I was wondering has anyone studied the 3 year culinary arts degree in killybegs? I am currently in DIT doing baking and pastry arts management and I want to transfer to year 2 of this degree but I am very worried that I missed out on a lot of cooking. The college told me I can probably transfer but I will have to study missed modules such as cooking which I did not study in DIT. Do you think would it be easy enough to catch up on the cooking module or should I just start back in year 1. My only problem is if I start at year 1 of the culinary degree I wont get my grant. If anyone has any information regarding the workload in 1st year and whether or not I could catch up as a second year student PLEASE REPLY :D:D
