Eircom - Forwarding Ports

First of all, my router model: P-660HN-T1A (Black Router with eircom symbol in the bottom right)

I have a alright knowledge of networking and port forwarding but Eircom wreck my head with port forwarding, there is no assistance from them and everything has to be done by the user.

The ports I need to forward are: UDP 27000 to 27015, UDP 27015 to 27030, TCP 27014 to 27050 and UDP 4380.
My problem is that on my router there is nothing about UDP, TCP, etc. It only asks for the start and end port: http://i.imgur.com/a7zsa6W.jpg

For example do I just enter 27000 into the start port and 27015 into the end port and it automatically knows its UDP?
