Hoping someone out there can shed some light on this for me please.....bit of technophone when it comes to modems/routers/settings etc. But in past 6-8 weeks having a lot of problems with the following issue....

No DSL Connection. Your router has not established a DSL connection to your local exchange

This error could happen 10-15 times a day and each time I need to reset the modem. Any thoughts on what the issue is/what is causing it/how to resolve it?? Thanks
