    Hi folks...

I've asked the CC this question but no reply yet. I understand that the NPPR falling due date is March 31 for a calendar year. If one was to pay it but sell the property say before end June in same year, is it possible to get reimbursed for over payment of the €200 pro rata?

    Tks in advance....

If you own the property on 31st March you are liable for the full year's tax, (even if you only own it for that day).

Thanks.... wow. Seems the NPPR legislation was rushed in without much thought given to fairness.
