    A program you have installed is trying to access the internet to perform an operation before you have internet connectivity. Most likely something like antivirus or iTunes or another program checking for updates. Check which programs run at startup and then check which of them are set to update at startup and change them to update at another time instead of startup.

    Check the Event Viewer for the corresponding log entry.
