Vodafone Internet not working

Hi folks I'm in the Tipperary area and I was wondering if anyone's else was having probs connecting to their Internet with the Vodafone dongle that I have inserted into that Vodafone white little box to make it wifi not very tech description I know but just wondering is it just me ...thanks
