would UK reg put you off
    what about the milage

Id be 99% sure it is ex auction stock from the uk. Seller appears to be based in uk judging by number. Smells of a dealer posing as a private seller. Run a check of your own, verify the service history etc if it's ex uk auction, they tend to be fairly clean.

Looks like it's being sold by a private individual on UK plates which is illegal in this country unless he is a registered trader. A quick google of the number shows up that he was selling alot of cars.

Most likely one of these guys who sells cars at the side of the road or from his driveway, below the tax man's radar so a buyer has absolutely no comeback nor protection by the sales of goods act.

Why don't you just import one yourself and cut out these middlemen who offer no value or service to the deal?

Google number, this person has many cars for sale. Either a trader posing as private or private wheeler dealer.
For that kind of money I'd be more inclined to go with a reputable dealer rather than "sold as seen" type deals.
