Hi i am considering returning to education as a mature student. I am looking at doing a hons degree in either electronic engineering or manufacturing engineering at WIT.
My question is what are the prospects of finding work within the Waterford area after i graduate? I don't really want to move away to find work. I have already been traveling for a couple of years so don't want to go abroad again.I want to live and work in Waterford.
Obviously i would be willing to commute to work so probably a better question would be what are the prospects of finding engineering work in the south east region after i graduate, say within an hour traveling distance from Waterford?
    Any information would help. Cheers
