Where to buy old Game Boy games?

Anyone have any ideas where I might pick up a few old Game Boy games, specifically 'Super Mario World Super Mario Advance 2'? Trying eBay and have one found from a seller in the UK, but hoping to locate it in a store somewhere in Dublin. Or if anyone has it laying around, I'd gladly buy it off of you. :pac:
    Thanks :)

The rage in town. They have a bunch of old gameboy games, and you can message them on their facebook page to see if its in stock.

Thank you! I've sent them a message on Twitter, will try Facebook too. :)

There's 3D Games on the North of the quays between the Millenium and Ha'penny bridges (who're having a sale, so it's €3 for GBA/GB/GBC games. They're in the glass cabinet at the counter), Gamexchange on Talbot St (ask behind the counter for the loose ones, they're in a container), the comic-book stall in Blackrock market (boxed too, and loose ones are in the basket or the chest of drawers, and tend to be scattered around anyways) and there's Retropolis in George's Arcade as of next week (was supposed to set up this week, but something happened, apparently).

Depressingly, the four options above combined will probably work out cheaper than RAGE.

Gamesxchange and 3D games are rubbish though. Rage has a pretty good selection, even if it is over priced.

How much on average do RAGE charge for a loose Gameboy cart?

In defence of 3D Games, they were better much geared 'til I got there (I honestly felt like a bit of a mugger by the time I was done). They're also still sorting their stock since the re-opening, which means the cabinet is intermittently replenished. They're always getting new stuff in too, so there's that as well.

Gamexchange is generally dismissed on account of their prices, and quite rightly so a 99.9% of the time, but their GBA/GB/GBC stock in the container was varied enough and not too expensive, I recall. Mind, we're only talking about 8-10 games. It's their charging €19.99 for Sabrina (PS1) which I cannot abide.

If its something valuable like pokemon, zelda, mario etc, its about 15 - 20 a pop. If its loose, its like a tenner ish.

A tenner for a loose Gameboy cart? Yeah, I'll pass

That includes GBA games. Better than anything else like. I had a look at the loose cart selection in gamexchange today, appalling. I'm not saying I'm happy with the prices at rage, but I got a link to the past on GBA for 20 quid today, so :p

Hardly. Perhaps in terms of bricks & mortar stores then that might sadly be true, but they can be gotten far cheaper online.

Can be easily gotten at that price, http://www.ebay.com/itm/Game-Boy-Advance-Zelda-Link-to-the-Past-Four-Swords-/230957502443?pt=Video_Games_Games&hash=item35c623cfeb & thats a BIN price.

I hate buying online though. I avoid it whenever possible.

Nothing better than finding deals in the wild I agree, but I'm not prepared to pay through the nose for that privilege either. You got LttP for a decent enough price too, just nothing special. The game itself though, well, that is special - enjoy!

Is Gamexchange and CEX the same place, or am I way off?

    Nope.

Gamexchange/Book Mart is on Talbot St, across from Super-Valu. CEX is the one on Liffey St. .

Ah, I think I know the place (I'm not great with Dublin's street names, as I only pass through the city on my way from one stop to another). The one near the train station?

Thats the one. And I'm curious to see if this new place in George street arcade is open.

It's moved to the Ferocious Mingle Marcade on Thomas St. Something went awry with the George's market site.

I went up to retropolis today. Pain to get to, its very small, but the guy is very nice, gave me a decent trade in on some crap GBA games, so I got a genuine copy of firered for a tenner,

Ah, cool. I didn't realise that they did GBA titles. All I've ever seen in there when overpriced console games.

Seems a wee bit pricey. That Astro Boy game is a blast though. Lots of fun.
