Hi I am a fairly new runner living in Lucan. I would love to join the running club in Lucan. However I may not be able to attend all training sessions due to childcare...can you just turn up when you can or is more commitment needed? I was a member of an athletics club as a child/teenager and would love to restart this…

Sessions are on a tuesday and thursday night at 7pm.
Mens long run at 9 on Sunday morning, not sure about women.
Dont have to make all sessions. Pm me if u want as I am a member.
